Cauchemar - Publication Launch
A Special Event of the 571 Gallery

We are pleased to invite you to the launch of Cauchemar, a new publication by Susanne Clausen and Pavlo Kerestey.
The book brings together material from the Proxies project, moving between text, performance documentation, transcript, installation views, and drawing. At its centre is a radio interview between a Ukrainian writer and a German journalist, re-staged through filmed performances using handmade puppet figures. The publication traces how this material shifts across different forms, from broadcast to performance to exhibition.
The launch will include a screening of the Proxies video. Copies of the book will be available.
